It's set in a beautiful area, conveniently located not far from the town center and the hills. the property's amazing and beautiful location made our stay truly enjoyable. Plus, it was just a short distance from Southover Grange Gardens.

Recommend staying to anyone. Very, very nice staff, magnificent views of the mountains, everything is very good. It has amazing location and free parking, and it's close enough to the restaurants, the many ski areas around the village and slopes and skilifts.

And let me tell you, the summer activities around Salzburg are off the hook too. Our adrenaline was pumping all week long!

One thing that could have made our party experience at Hotel Metzgerwirt even better is if they had a dedicated nightclub or a cool DJ playing some sick beats. We had a blast at the hotel, but having a happening party spot right in-house would have taken our fun to the next level.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to store all our ski gear. We especially appreciated the boot-warming room which kept our gear dry and ready for the next day. the food was delicious with a variety of options for every meal. Plus, the location was perfect for skiing and exploring the local area.

The ski bus service could have been more frequent, especially during peak holiday season. It got very crowded, and we felt like we had to plan our day around the bus schedule instead of being able to be more flexible with our time.

Great ambience and friendly staff. The breakfast surpassed expectations and the dinner included in the half-board rate was outstanding. We particularly loved the traditional atmosphere of the hotel. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the nearby town and surrounding areas, with fantastic mountain views from our balcony.

The mattresses were quite hard and uncomfortable for some, although the staff promptly provided us with extra pillows. Additionally, the separate toilet without a hand basin was somewhat unhygienic. However, overall we had an enjoyable stay at the hotel and appreciated the excellent service provided by the staff.
